Auto-enrolment
List members whose enrolment information has been given
Lists every member who HAS been given their enrolment information, most recently given first, with the date it was given and who gave it. The evidence half of the same duty as /enrolment-information/outstanding, and its exact complement: every membership appears in one list or the other, never both. The date returned is the one the member’s opt-out period runs from (TPR detailed guidance 7, paragraphs 17-18), not the day somebody pressed send. Unlike the outstanding list this is not suppressed for an organisation that issues the information itself: Flow cannot say whether their duty is outstanding, but it can always say what it sent. Paginated: follow paginationToken until it is absent, rather than treating a short page as the last.

The response envelope every FlowPayroll API answers with: a message, the
content, and any validationIssues. errors and the top-level
metadata are deprecated copies of validationIssues and
content.metadata, and will be removed.
